About Us - Board of Directors
A 12-member Board of Directors, operating under a comprehensive set of bylaws, oversees finances, programs and activities of ASPF. Through a memorandum of understanding with the State Parks Board, the Director of Arizona State Parks serves as a non-voting member of the ASPF Board. Board members are selected from around the state to ensure representation of various regions of the state, local state parks and differing demographic interests. The Board elects members to serve three-year terms, with officers elected from among the Board�s ranks to one-year terms.
